perspective and a natural curiosity for people, business, and culture. His experience from Microsoft and Sermos international expansion reflects a career shaped by commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and a commitment to developing talent.
Jens is known for his thoughtful and relationship-driven approach. He connects business needs with
human potential and works with structure, ambition, and warmth to help individuals and teams grow,
perform, and create long-term impact.

He has held senior commercial and leadership roles in companies such as Microsoft, Telia Company, and Deloitte, as well as in startups and scale-ups. This gives him a practical understanding of how to identify, assess, and attract leaders and specialists who can create real business impact.
Mortimer is also a certified performance coach and holds several assessment certifications, strengthening his ability to evaluate professional capabilities, leadership potential, motivation, and cultural fit. His work combines strategic business insight with a genuine passion for leadership, team development, and helping people grow in the right direction.

His background spans P&L ownership, transformation, tech, product, CRM, and commercial operating models. This gives him the ability to understand both the strategic context and the operational realities behind an organization's talent needs.
Today, Michael applies this experience in advisory and executive search work across corporates, partner-led organizations, agencies, and scale-ups. He is known for combining commercial insight, emotional intelligence, and a trusted network across the Nordic and international business community.

He is passionate about connecting companies with the right talent - from specialists to senior executives - and believes that the right match goes far beyond skills alone. For Jacques, it is about aligning expertise, motivation, and personality to create long-term value for both clients and candidates.
His background in commercial organizations gives him broad insight across sales, marketing, product, and support functions such as HR and IT. This enables him to take a holistic view of organizations and understand how the right hires create impact across the business.
Jacques leads Think About Peoples activities in Jutland, based at our office in Ry, Denmark.

She brings extensive experience in search strategy, candidate assessment, client advisory, and the
development of new market areas. Her background also includes HR and leadership responsibilities, as well as hands-on experience with process optimization, team development, and organizational change.
Lisbet is known for her proactive and solutions-oriented approach, her strong service mindset, and her ability to build trusted relationships with clients, candidates, and colleagues. She combines structure, curiosity, and commercial understanding to create recruitment processes that are professional, personal, and closely aligned with the needs of the business.

She holds a Masters degree in Business Administration and Organizational Communication,
Cand.merc.(kom.), from Copenhagen Business School, with a specialization in sustainable management and a focus on employee retention. This gives her a strong perspective on how organizations attract, engage, and retain talent in a changing market.
Prior to joining the search industry, Astrid gained experience at Microsoft, working with local activities and partner communications. This strengthened her commercial understanding and her ability to build relationships across stakeholders and functions.
Astrid is known for her structured and relationship-driven approach, her ability to create trust quickly, and her curiosity about understanding both organizational needs and individual motivations. She is passionate about connecting talent and business in ways that create long-term value for both candidates and clients.

Having previously worked in both corporate and financial settings, Mille brings a structured and analytical approach to the team, always focusing on how to create long-term value through the right hiring decisions.

As Co-founder & Chief Social Officer, Murphy specializes in creating trust, lifting office morale, and making sure no meeting becomes too formal. His approach is calm, intuitive, relationship-driven - and occasionally guided by snacks.
Murphy is responsible for warm welcomes, spontaneous walks, quiet support, and reminding everyone that great relationships are built through presence, curiosity, and a good sense of timing.
He is known for his loyal nature, calming presence, and rare ability to bring people together - one wag at a time.
